Qualifications

• 3-5 years of technical field service repair experience preferred.
• Hold a Valid Driver’s License.
• While some computer knowledge is required, this position is focused on electro-mechanical repair.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer service and care with clients.
• Diagnose system problems and make repairs.
• Complete machine installations and system upgrades.

Skills

Excellent customer service and communication skill

Logical trouble shooting skills

Working knowledge of personal computers

Ability to work with electric schematics

AC/DC power distribution knowledge

Experience repairing high-speed paper handling machines

Education

Currently enrolled in or completed professional studies in electro-mechanics or electrical engineering

Certificates in mechanics, electronics, or automation
