Job summary

GLORY in Nashville, TN is seeking a Field Service Technician to service and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment on-site at customer sites across the region.

You will troubleshoot, install, and upgrade systems, manage parts and tools, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting safety guidelines. The role requires travel within the territory and occasional on-call availability. This is a permanent, full-time position with competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or completed studies in electro-mechanics, electrical engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Certificates in related fields (mechanics, electronics, automation) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall customer satisfaction at each site.
• Diagnose system problems and perform repairs on high-speed cash-handling equipment.
• Track and manage parts and tools for timely service.
• Keep customers informed of progress during maintenance or downtime.
