Job summary

Glory Global is seeking a Field Service Technician in Pittsburgh, PA to diagnose and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment. You’ll manage customer relations, perform installations, and support hardware/software upgrades across client sites.

Strong electro-mechanical skills and a valid driver’s license are required. The role requires on-site work with travel to customer locations, rotating on-call duties, and a focus on safety and documentation.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or completed electro-mechanics, electrical engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Certificates in related fields (mechanics, electronics, automation, data processing) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose system problems and perform repairs.
• Keep customers informed of progress during maintenance or downtime.
• Complete installations, ECOs affecting upgrades, and hardware/software updates.
