Job summary

Glory Global in Annapolis, MD is seeking a Field Service Technician to service high-speed cash-handling equipment at customer sites. You will diagnose system problems, perform repairs, and manage hardware/software upgrades with strong safety practices.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or completed professional studies in electro-mechanics, electrical engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Certificates in related fields, i.e. mechanics, electronics, automation, data processing preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Diagnose system problems and make repairs
• Keep customer apprised of progress during maintenance or a down system situation
• Complete machine installations, ECNs affecting upgrades, and hardware/software upgrades requiring technical assistance
• Adhere to safety guidelines and complete required safety training
