Job summary

Glory Global is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our customer‑facing team in the Plano area. You will diagnose system problems, repair high‑speed cash handling equipment, perform on‑site installations and hardware/software upgrades, and keep customers informed of progress throughout service events.

The ideal candidate has electro-mechanics or related training, strong communication and PC skills, and the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or completed electro-mechanics/electrical engineering studies or equivalent experience.
• Certificates in mechanics, electronics, automation or data processing preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose system problems and make repairs.
• Keep customers informed of progress during maintenance or down systems.
• Complete installations and hardware/software upgrades; provide technical assistance as needed.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and training requirements.
