Job summary

Applied Innovation is seeking a dependable and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team in a full-time, Monday–Friday role from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The technician will service and maintain office copiers at customer locations, representing the company with professionalism.

Training is provided; prior field service experience is helpful but not required. You will drive a company vehicle with a gas card, manage parts and service documentation, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License with good driving record required.
• Factory certifications (Canon, Ricoh) preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of print drivers and basic network awareness is helpful.
• Prior field service or technical repair experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and service a wide variety of multifunctional copier devices.
• Maintain an assigned service territory and provide a high level of responsiveness and service quality.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with fellow technicians and internal teams to ensure customer service needs are met.
• Maintain accurate inventory of parts, tools, and service documentation.
• Follow established service procedures and safety guidelines.
• Operate a company vehicle in a safe, courteous, and professional manner
• Represent Applied Innovation positively in all customer interactions, serving as the face of the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
