Job summary

Applied Innovation is seeking a dependable Field Service Technician to join our team in a full-time, Monday–Friday role from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This position services and maintains office equipment at customer locations, representing the company with professionalism and care.

Training will be provided; prior experience is helpful but not required. The role includes driving a company vehicle, with a gas card, and a territory defined from Tawas City to Alpena.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications as listed: strong mechanical and technical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, excellent organization and communication, ability to manage multiple service calls, customer-focused mindset, ability to work independently and as part of a team, alignment with core values.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and service a wide variety of office equipment, including multifunction devices.
• Maintain an assigned service territory and provide a high level of responsiveness and service quality.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with fellow technicians and internal teams to ensure customer service needs are met.
• Maintain accurate inventory of parts, tools, and service documentation.
• Follow established service procedures and safety guidelines.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and professionally.
• Represent Applied Innovation positively in all customer interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
