Job summary

Applied Innovation is seeking a dependable Field Service Technician for a full-time, Monday–Friday role from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will service and maintain office equipment at customer locations, traveling in a company vehicle and upholding our professional standards across a defined territory from Tawas City to Alpena.

Training is provided; prior field service experience is helpful but not required. The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, technology interaction, and delivering

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent completed.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Experience with field service or technical repair is a plus."

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and service office equipment at customer locations.
• Maintain an assigned service territory with high responsiveness and quality.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with technicians and internal teams to meet customer needs.
• Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and service documentation.
• Follow service procedures and safety guidelines.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and professionally.
• Represent Applied Innovation positively in customer interactions.
