Job summary

Management Performance Associates is seeking a union field technician to test, inspect, and maintain electrical power equipment across the upper Midwest. Openings range from Level I to IV, with union benefits and a pension plan. Travel up to 50–75% and a standard hourly pay scale for a full-time role in the Minneapolis–St.

Paul area. You will run high-voltage test equipment, support outages and emergencies, and mentor apprentices as you commission new installations.

Qualifications

• NETA certification at any level, or relevant electrical experience on the way to certification.
• Experience with power factor or HV testing preferred.
• Willingness to travel 50–75%.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
