Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a field service technician to test, inspect and maintain electrical power equipment across the upper Midwest. This union role offers a pension and benefit package and requires a flexible travel schedule (50–75%) across the region.

Responsibilities include testing high-voltage equipment, commissioning new installations, and supporting outages, emergencies, and mentoring less experienced staff.

Qualifications

• NETA certification at any level, or pursuing certification.
• Experience with power factor or HV testing preferred.
• Willingness to travel 50–75%.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

What you'll do

Pay & benefits:

$40.43–$53.91/hr. Daily overtime after 8 hours and double time after 10. Union medical and dental, union pension, per diem and hotel covered when traveling.
