POWERX is seeking a Field Service Technician (NETA 2) in Texas to perform basic electrical inspections, tests, and measurements, and to collect data with limited supervision. The role involves setting up and removing test equipment, conducting acceptance and maintenance testing, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of experience, and NETA Level 2 is preferred. OSHA and NFPA 70-E trainings are a plus, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• NETA certification level 2 preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in field service or electrical testing.
• OSHA 30-hour, MSHA, NFPA 70-E or related safety trainings are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform basic electrical inspections, tests, and measurements.
• Set up and remove test equipment; collect data accurately.
• Write detailed test reports and ensure timely submission.
• Maintain tools and equipment; keep work areas clean.
• Co-lead projects with lead technicians to ensure client satisfaction.
