Stryker is seeking a Field Service Technician (Neptune) for Denver, CO. You will travel in a company vehicle to hospitals and facilities to service, install, and maintain medical equipment, ensuring uptime and patient safety. Strong communication and documentation are essential for success.

Required is a high school diploma or GED with a valid driver’s license; 3+ years of technical service is preferred. A vehicle is provided and travel is about 30% of the time.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of technical service or related experience preferred.
• Ability to meet credentialing and safety requirements for healthcare facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams to deliver excellent service.
• Travel to hospitals and healthcare facilities to complete service requests, installations, and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment issues to restore functionality and minimize downtime.
• Install, maintain, and inspect medical equipment per guidelines and quality standards.
• Support software, connectivity, and system configuration for equipment performance.
• Document service activities, repairs, parts usage, and results in company systems.
