Stryker is seeking a field service professional to deliver proactive service and repairs across customer sites in Colorado and Wyoming. You will support the sales team, perform installations and maintenance, and ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely service.

The role requires travel, strong technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel throughout Colorado & Wyoming.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and perform repairs.
• Highly organized with strong prioritization and time management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide service and repairs to customers in direct support of the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to account protocols; fault isolation and maintenance of equipment at account locations.
• Promote Stryker’s business by identifying opportunities for additional customer needs and coordinating with appropriate personnel.
• Provide post-sale in-servicing on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Perform warranty, upgrades, field actions, preventative maintenance, installations, deliveries, and related services for clients.
• Maintain accurate inventory of equipment and parts; complete administrative duties accurately and promptly.
