Stryker Corporation is seeking a Field Service Technician to service Neptune equipment, traveling across the Northern Chicago area and beyond. You will perform installation, maintenance and repair on medical devices, ensuring uptime and patient care quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel within territory.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to meet facility credentialing and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Travel to hospitals and healthcare facilities for service requests, installations and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment to restore functionality.
• Install, maintain and inspect medical equipment per guidelines.
• Support software, connectivity and system configuration as needed.
• Coordinate service schedules and communicate findings to customers and teams.
• Document service activities, parts usage and results in company systems.
• Interpret technical manuals and bulletins to resolve issues.
• Work in healthcare environments with PPE and safety requirements.

Education

Associate degree or technical training

Bachelor's degree (preferred)

Valid driver's license

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Ability to travel frequently
