Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Field Service Technician to support Neptune in healthcare environments. You will travel in a company vehicle to customer sites, perform installations, maintenance, and repairs, and document activities in our systems.

Strong communication with clinical staff and internal teams is essential to deliver reliable equipment performance. The role requires the ability to manage multiple service priorities, work independently in fast-paced settings, and meet credentialing and safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory, including overnight/weekend travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure equipment performance and service quality.
• Travel to hospitals and healthcare facilities to complete service requests, installations, and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment to restore functionality and minimize downtime.
• Install, maintain, and inspect medical equipment per guidelines and quality standards.
• Document service activities, parts usage, and results in company systems.
