You will troubleshoot issues, document actions, and collaborate with sales and clinical staff to ensure optimal device performance. Required are a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and the ability to meet credentialing and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet credentialing, safety, and PPE requirements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated ability to travel frequently including overnight/weekend travel.

Responsibilities

• Travel to hospitals and healthcare facilities to complete service requests, installations, and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment to restore functionality and minimize downtime.
• Install, maintain, and inspect medical equipment per service guidelines.
• Document service activities, parts usage, and results in company systems.
