Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Field Service Technician – Neptune in Fargo, ND. The role centers on on-site service, troubleshooting, installation, and preventive maintenance of medical equipment across the assigned territory.

You will travel in a company vehicle to healthcare facilities, diagnose issues, repair equipment, and ensure systems run safely and effectively while adhering to PPE and patient confidentiality policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel frequently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to meet healthcare facility credentialing, safety, and PPE requirements.
• Physical ability to stand/walk and lift up to 75 lb.

Responsibilities

• Travel to hospitals/healthcare facilities to perform service requests, installations, and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment to restore function and minimize downtime.
• Install, maintain, and inspect medical equipment per service guidelines.
• Assist with software, connectivity, and system configuration as needed.
• Coordinate service schedules and communicate findings to customers and stakeholders.
• Document service activities, repairs, parts usage, and results in company systems.
• Interpret technical manuals, service bulletins, and engineering docs to resolve issues.
• Work in healthcare environments with PPE and confidentiality requirements.
