Job summary

Tennant Company in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose equipment issues, perform maintenance, and get Tennant products running again at customer sites.

You will own your territory, schedule service activities, and communicate timelines to customers, while collaborating with sales, service and support teams. A valid driver''s license and 3+ years'' experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver''s license required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in troubleshooting/repair of engines and systems.
• Experience using hand and power shop tools and diagnostic devices.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose/repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems and engines on Tennant products.
• Own your territory: plan daily schedule, contact customers, communicate service timelines, billing and future needs.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, technical assistance, field service support, and other technicians to support success.
