Job summary

You will own your territory, plan daily service activities, and maintain clear communication with customers regarding expectations, timelines, and billing.

Requirements include a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and 0–2 years of relevant experience with mechanical/electrical systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and driving-policy compliance.
• 0–2 years: troubleshoot/repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Read/interpret electrical schematics.
• Use hand and power tools, diagnostic devices.
• Use PC, MS Office, and email.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and combustion systems.
• Own your territory; plan daily schedule; contact customers to arrange service activities.
• Create and maintain records of service activities and reporting.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of company property, tools, and inventory.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support success.
