Tennant Company in Oklahoma City is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair Tennant products at customer sites, promoting safety and reliability. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex systems, and communicate clearly with customers about timelines and service needs.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and 0–2 years of hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and policy compliance.
• 0-2 years of experience in field service or mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience reading electrical schematics and using diagnostic tools.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose complex problems in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems and engines.
• Plan daily schedule and communicate with customers about service timelines, billing, and future needs.
• Create and maintain records of service activity and reporting.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of company vehicle, tools, parts and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, technical support and other technicians to support success.
