Job summary

Xylem is seeking a hands-on Expert Service Center Technician to perform service activities at service centers and customer sites. You will maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a safe work environment while interfacing with customers as needed.

The role requires 3-7 years of technical experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to travel up to 20%. CDL endorsements are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Capable of obtaining a CDL (Class A or B) with applicable endorsements - preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment and culture.
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections and repairs on mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Travel to customer or job sites as needed (up to 20%).
• Demonstrate accountability, innovation, and empowerment in all tasks.
• Lead, coach, and mentor junior technicians as needed.
