Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain CDL (Class A or B) with endorsements – preferred, not required.
• Technical certifications or licenses preferred.
• 3–7 years of technical experience in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing work.
• Experience with customer service and working independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Assist with shop and yard tasks and maintain a safe work environment.
• Travel to customer or job sites up to 20%.
• Interface with customers and communicate clearly and professionally.
• Lead, coach, and mentor junior technicians as needed.
