Job summary

Scientific Games is seeking a Field Service Technician to service lottery retail locations, install, repair, and relocate equipment, and train customers on-site. You will manage service calls, troubleshoot communications, and maintain vehicle records while building lasting customer relationships.

The role requires strong customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities, with flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check, drug test, and have a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a non-CDL delivery truck.
• Familiarity with MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Understanding of troubleshooting computer software and hardware.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Exceptional customer satisfaction skills.
• Respond promptly to customer/leadership requests and feedback.
• Strong organization and time management skills for multitasking.
• Strong judgement and problem-solving to minimize downtime.
• Ability to work weekends/holidays/evenings; overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift/move 35+ pounds; occasional ladder climbing.

Responsibilities

• Perform client-site servicing, repair, installation, and relocation of company equipment.
• Provide training and preventative maintenance to customers.
• Complete assigned service calls at lottery retailer locations; perform scheduled and unscheduled work.
• Troubleshoot communications within a retail location and document issues.
• Maintain vehicle logs and build strong customer relationships.
• Assist in training new team members and support field operations.
