Job summary

Scientific Games seeks an on-site Field Service Technician to service lottery retail locations, install and repair equipment, and provide preventative maintenance. You will train customers, document issues, and ensure timely service with minimal supervision.

The role requires a high school diploma, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You may work weekends and evenings, supporting multiple sites and collaborating with data centers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with MS Office applications preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to troubleshoot computer software and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Perform client-site service calls at lottery retailer locations.
• Install, repair, relocate equipment and provide maintenance.
• Train customers on equipment and services.
• Document service details and communicate issues to management.
• Be flexible to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
