Job summary

WASH is seeking a Service Technician to repair washers and dryers at customer locations within the assigned region. You will work independently in the field, maintaining equipment and meeting customer expectations with high-quality service.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, at least 2 years of mechanical experience, a valid driver's license, and strong English communication skills. Prior washer/dryer repair experience is desirable, and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and electrical knowledge or training.
• At least 2 years of mechanical experience and electrical knowledge and/or training.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 200 pounds with a dolly.
• Good driving record; English communication skills required; bilingual (English/Spanish) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Service washers and dryers at apartments, laundromats, hotels, and other facilities.
• Disassemble machines and inspect mechanical and electrical parts.
• Reassemble, adjust pulleys, and lubricate moving parts.
