Job summary

WASH Multifamily Laundry Systems in Bowling Green, KY is seeking Service Technicians to perform mechanical repairs on washers and dryers at customer locations within their region. You will disassemble, inspect, and reassemble machines, replacing worn parts and ensuring reliable operation.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, strong English communication skills, and at least 2 years of mechanical experience.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• English communication skills (oral and written) required; Spanish a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of mechanical experience and/or electrical knowledge.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and handle heavier loads with dolly.

Responsibilities

• Service washers and dryers at apartments, laundromats, hotels, and other locations.
• Disassemble machines and inspect mechanical and electrical parts.
• Reassemble, adjust pulleys, and lubricate moving parts.
• Replace worn or defective parts and adjust motors.
• Clean and wash parts and prepare equipment for use.
• Inform dispatch of equipment needing replacement.
• Drive company vehicle to and from work locations.
