Job summary

WASH Multifamily Laundry Systems is seeking Service Technicians in Dallas, Texas, to provide mechanical repairs to washers and dryers at various customer locations including apartments and hotels.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to lift heavy equipment. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred. This role requires a good driving record and effective communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mechanical experience and electrical knowledge and/or training required.
• Good driving record is necessary.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and move heavier items with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Service washers and dryers at various customer locations.
• Disassemble, examine, and reassemble machines as needed.
• Replace worn or defective parts and adjust motors.
• Advise on equipment that needs replacement.

Our Service Technicians provide mechanical repairs to washers and dryers at customer locations within their assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Service washers and dryers at apartments, laundromats, hotels, athletic facilities, etc.
• Disassemble machines and examine mechanical and electrical parts.
• Reassemble appliances, adjust pulleys, and lubricate moving parts.
• Replace worn or defective parts and adjust motors.
• Clean and wash parts.
• Advise dispatch department of equipment that should be replaced with new equipment.
• Drive a company vehicle to and from work locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Good driving record.
• Strong customer service and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective English communication skills (oral and written); bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish) are desirable.
• At least 2 years of mechanical experience and electrical knowledge and/or training.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and occasionally move 200 pounds or more with a dolly/hand truck.
• Prior washer/dryer repair experience is desirable.
