Solenis is seeking a Field Service Technician (Territory Account Specialist) in Norfolk, VA to manage institutional operations, install and service chemical dispensing systems and leased dish machines. You will build strong customer relationships, meet SLAs, and leverage reporting tools to track service activity.

The role emphasizes safety, independent work, and cross-functional collaboration with customers and internal teams. Overtime and travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year field service experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience selling cleaning solutions or equipment to clients in hospitality or food service.
• Flexibility to support emergency business needs, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications, including email, Microsoft Office, SharePoint and PowerApps.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to drive long distances.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks in confined spaces.
• Skilled with hand and power tools.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with troubleshooting skills.
• Professional, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail, time management and decision-making.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across functions.

Aufgaben

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by supporting Diversey’s cleaning and sanitation programs.
• Build and maintain relationships at all levels within the customer’s organization.
• Promote safety by adhering to EHS policies and best practices.
• Install equipment in accordance with SOPs.
• Perform routine site visits to monitor performance and satisfaction.
• Ensure all customer equipment is maintained in proper working condition.
• Provide training on equipment operation, cleaning procedures, product usage, and SDS.
• Monitor on-site inventory levels to ensure minimum supplies and support orders.
• Act as the voice of the customer by addressing concerns and capturing feedback.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and system issues.
• Maintain proper inventory levels in company vehicles and storage areas.
• Prioritize repairs on leased dish machines and other equipment per SLAs.
• Complete service, installation, survey, and routine visit reports in Salesforce FSL.
• Carry out administrative tasks including timesheet submission and parts ordering.
