Job summary

Solenis LLC is seeking a Territory Account Specialist in Norfolk, VA to drive field service and institutional account activities across a designated territory. The role focuses on installation, maintenance, and repair of chemical dispensing systems and leased dish machines, delivering safety, quality, and cost-effective service.

You will build lasting customer relationships, coordinate with multiple departments, and ensure SLAs are met while using Salesforce FSL for reporting and planning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of field service experience.
• At least 1 year of experience selling cleaning solutions or equipment to hospitality/food service clients.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by supporting cleaning and sanitation programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels within the organization.
• Install equipment per SOPs and perform routine site visits.
• Monitor program performance and customer satisfaction; ensure equipment is maintained.
• Complete service, installation, survey, and routine visit reports in Salesforce FSL; manage timesheets and orders.
