Solenis LLC in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Skilled Trade Technical Service Associate III to manage the installation, maintenance, and repair of chemical dispensing systems and leased dish machines at customer locations. You will ensure high-quality service delivery and strong customer relationships across a designated territory.

The role requires a proactive, self-motivated professional with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, safety awareness, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of field service experience with industrial equipment.
• 1 year of experience selling cleaning solutions or equipment in hospitality/food service.
• Able to support after-hours emergencies.
• Proficient with basic computer apps (Email, MS Office) and mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by supporting cleaning and sanitation programs.
• Build and maintain relationships across customer organizations.
• Promote safety by following EHS policies and SOPs.
• Install equipment according to SOPs and standards.
• Perform site visits to monitor performance and satisfaction.
• Provide training on equipment operation, cleaning procedures, and SDS.
