Job summary

Solenis LLC is seeking a Service Technician to support industrial water treatment customers in the assigned territory. This field-based role performs routine testing, monitors treatment programs, and maintains chemical feed equipment to ensure optimal customer operations.

You will build strong customer relationships, coordinate deliveries, and follow safety policies while troubleshooting equipment. A high school diploma and 2+ years in industrial maintenance or water treatment are required, with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Approximately 2+ years in industrial maintenance, water treatment, or related field.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting with pumps, valves, piping, and motors.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with cooling towers, boilers, and water chemistry is preferred.
• Electrical troubleshooting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine testing and monitoring of cooling water, boiler water, wastewater, and process water systems.
• Collect samples, analyze results, and document findings.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair chemical feed and monitoring equipment.
• Monitor chemical inventory and coordinate deliveries as needed.
• Support equipment installations, startups, and customer troubleshooting efforts.
• Build strong relationships with customer operations personnel.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
