Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with John Deere diagnostic processes and equipment.
• Ability to diagnose technical issues and use diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostics and repairs on John Deere equipment.
• Performs repairs in the field as required.
• Develops understanding of technology offerings.
• Accounts for billable time and documents diagnostics/repairs.
• Participates in required training to develop skills.
• Follows safety rules and performs work accordingly.
• Prepares reports and forms for work assignments.
• Maintains knowledge of John Deere and competitive products.
• Maintains vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment.
• Mentors apprentices and junior technicians.
