Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to diagnose issues and read Technical Manuals.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and computers.
• Commitment to safety and delivering customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on John Deere equipment.
• Perform field repairs as required.
• Develop a thorough understanding of all technology offerings.
• Document diagnostics and repairs on repair orders.
• Participate in required Greenway Training.
• Follow safety rules in all assignments.
• Prepare reports and forms related to work.
• Maintain knowledge of John Deere and competitors' products.
• Maintain vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment.
• Mentor Apprentices and junior Technicians.
