Job summary

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and install janitorial equipment at customer sites and in the shop.
• Efficiently manage assigned territory and service customers promptly.
• Listen to and resolve customer concerns, reporting unresolved issues to the Service Manager.
• Prepare accurate work orders and provide quotes; submit after each service call.
• Maintain organized work areas, tools, and vehicle inventory.
• Promote Eakes products and submit leads for new machine sales.
