Job summary

Responsibilities

• Repair and support on-site or in shop for electronic, mechanical, software, or copy quality problems and perform repairs.
• Diagnose machine network connectivity problems and provide support.
• Maintain response times and service quality; travel to service office machines.
• Supply and maintain inventory in vehicles and work areas.
• Promote maintenance agreements and machine supplies during service visits.
