Job summary

Special Order Systems Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician I to travel to facilities, maintain, repair and resolve issues on tablets, phones, kiosks, video terminals and related equipment.

The role supports on-site or roving assignments and provides administrative assistance as needed. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, be comfortable learning product lines, perform multi-tasking with strong communication and problem-solving skills, and maintain inventory across

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in corrections environment or with field service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel to facilities to maintain, repair and resolve issues on company products and equipment.
• Set up and maintain tablets for users and manage accounts/permissions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for tablets, phones, kiosks, and video terminals.
• Maintain inventory and assist with training and onboarding of customers.
