Job summary

KRG PARTNERS is seeking Field Service Technicians to travel to customer sites to install, service, and train customers on our metalworking equipment. The role involves working with mechanical, hydraulic, electronic and electrical systems across varied customer facilities.

The position requires a valid driver’s license and a background in electronics or heavy machinery, with a preference for CNC or PLC experience. Expect significant travel and strict safety practices at all times.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Background in electronics or heavy machinery; CNC/PLC experience preferred.
• Strong verbal skills and ability to read schematics.

Responsibilities

• Customer service at installation and service sites.
• Install machines and align/test for proper function.
• Train customers on machine operations and safety.
• Service machines and troubleshoot issues.
• Prepare detailed service reports.
• Communicate updates to customers and management.
