Job summary

Restaurant Technologies is seeking an Oil Service Technician I to install and service our cooking oil management equipment across customer sites. You will train customers, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and comfort with night work as needed. Competitive pay with quarterly bonus eligibility and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• DOT-mandated pre-employment drug test required; positive results disqualify applicants
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Ability to solve customer issues for installation and service
• Ability to perform basic mechanical and/or electrical duties
• Strong customer focus and positive demeanor
• Must meet Fleet Safety requirements and have a clean driving record
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds and climbing ladders up to 20 feet

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain Restaurant Technologies products at customer locations
• Meet and manage service labor per hour, first-time-right, 5S standards
• Comply with DOT, OSHA, HACCP and internal processes
• Keep parts and supplies in service vehicles and complete paperwork accurately
• Communicate with customers to ensure product performance meets expectations
• Provide training and coaching to customers on the system when needed
• Utilize iPhone apps for parts, notes, and clocking in/out
• Night installation work may be required based on demand and schedule
