Job summary

Restaurant Technologies is seeking an Oil Service Technician I to install and service our bulk cooking oil management equipment at customer sites. You will handle installation, routine maintenance, and training to ensure reliable performance.

This role requires the ability to lift 50 pounds, operate a DOT-regulated vehicle, and work as part of a team. Night installations may occur; schedule varies with customer demand.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• DOT-regulated vehicle operation and pre-employment drug test.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Ability to problem solve customer issues for installation and service.
• Ability to perform basic mechanical and/or electrical duties.
• Strong customer focus and ability to respond to challenging customer situations.
• Must meet Fleet Safety requirements and maintain a clean driving record.
• Ability to carry 50 pounds by hand.
• Unrestricted ability to bend, stoop, squat, stand, walk, climb, twist, turn and reach out.
• Ability to climb up and down a ladder up to 20 feet.

Responsibilities

• Installing and maintaining products in a safe, timely, and accurate manner.
• Meet and control service labor per hour and 5S standards.
• Comply with internal processes and procedures and local/federal requirements (DOT, OSHA, HACCP).
• Maintain proper parts and supply levels in service vehicles and paperwork standards.
• Communicate with customers to ensure product performance meets expectations.
• Service training and coaching customers on the system as needed.
• Utilize iPhone apps for parts, notes, and clocking in/out.
• Night installation work may occur; schedule varies with customer demand.
