Job summary

Checkpoint Systems, Inc. is seeking a Field Services Technician to cover Minneapolis/St. Paul MN with travel to retailers in the region.

You will install and repair Checkpoint products, train customers on usage, and perform on-site surveys as required. The role requires an AA degree or electronics training, hands-on experience with test equipment, RFID a plus, and the ability to read blueprints. You must hold a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, work independently and in a team,

Qualifications

• 2-year AA degree, BSET in electronics, equivalent military training, or industry experience.
• Experience with electronic test equipment and digital meters.
• Hands-on experience EAS.
• RFID knowledge is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Installs and maintains Checkpoint products and systems.
• Maintains accurate parts inventory and documentation.
• Performs on-site surveys and provides site photos and documentation.
• Trains customers on system usage and interfaces with sales/services as needed.
• Works with internal teams to ensure responsiveness and meet service standards.
• Travel to retailers in assigned region; communicate clearly with customers.
• Collaborates with field resources and other departments to meet goals.
