Job summary

Checkpoint Systems, Inc. seeks a Field Service Representative to travel to retailers in the assigned region, install and repair products, train customers, and complete on-site surveys. The role requires hands-on experience with electronic test equipment, EAS and RFID familiarity is a plus, and a 2-year electronics degree or equivalent experience. Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 75% are required. A strong safety record is essential.

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent in electronics, military training, or related experience.
• Experience with electronic test equipment and digital meters.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain Checkpoint products and systems.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory.
• Document system updates and communications.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and apply safety standards.
• Train customers on system use.
• Coordinate with service departments for responsiveness.
• Interface with customers to resolve issues.
• Provide site surveys, photos, and documentation for sales/services.
• Collaborate across departments to maximize efficiency and profitability.
