Checkpoint Systems is seeking a Field Service Representative to travel within the region, install and repair products, and train customers on usage. The role requires hands-on technical skills, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

The position involves daily travel to customer sites, on-site surveys, and collaboration with internal service departments to meet installation and service standards.

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent in electronics or military training preferred.
• Experience with electronic test equipment and digital meters is required.
• RFID experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain Checkpoint products and systems.
• Train customers on product use and safety procedures.
• Perform site surveys and document findings for sales/services.
• Interface with customers to resolve issues during installation and service.
• Travel within assigned region up to 75% to service sites.
