Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician in Salt Lake City, UT to install, service and maintain electromechanical systems for major retail clients. You will travel within the assigned territory, perform installations, preventive maintenance and repairs with a focus on uptime and customer satisfaction.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work rotating shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements
• PC skills and basic electronic skills
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day
• Rotating and weekend shifts
• Flexible shift work – rotating shifts within set teams
• Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 75 lbs. without assistance, and up to 150 lbs. with assistance

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively
• Service electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory
• Conduct maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and system overhauls
