NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I to install, service, and repair electromechanical equipment for top retail customers across the Utah region. You will perform on-site calls, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal downtime while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You'll receive hands-on training, a company-provided vehicle for travel, and opportunities for overtime. The role requires flexible shifts, carrying tools up to 75 lb (150 lb with assistance), and occasional

Qualifications

• Local candidate to the geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Valid driver's license and driving record.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, hardware familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential functions with/without accommodation.
• Prolonged travel with long daily driving; rotating/weekend shifts.
• Flexible shift work across morning/afternoon/evening.
• Willing to be trained on operating small scissor lifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance and service calls promptly.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems.
• Perform maintenance, PM work and system overhauls.
