Job summary

NCR Voyix is hiring a Field Service Technician I to install, service, and repair electromechanical systems for major retail customers across the territory. You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and coordinate with a team to ensure minimal downtime and high customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates are technically capable, customer-focused, and able to travel, lift up to 75 lbs, and work rotating shifts. Position offers immediate benefits and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to the Ithaca, NY area.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory and work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
