Job summary

NCR Voyix Corporation is seeking Field Service Technicians to install, service, and maintain electromechanical systems for large retail clients across a defined territory. The role includes rapid issue triage, high-quality on-site service, and hands-on training through NCR Voyix programs.

Applicants should be locally based, authorized to work in the US, and comfortable with lengthy driving days, lifting tasks, and rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be local to a specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record per fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronics, and some hardware/OS familiarity.
• Able to perform essential job functions with/without accommodation.
• Willingness for prolonged travel by car.
• Rotating and weekend shifts.
• Able to lift 75 lbs solo, 150 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
