Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I to install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment for major retail customers in the Medford, OR region. You will respond to field calls, perform preventive maintenance, and execute system overhauls as needed.

The role involves travel within assigned territory, rotating shifts (including weekends), lifting up to 75 lb (150 lb with assistance), and on-the-job training to develop expertise with NCR Voyix products and processes.

Qualifications

• Local candidate for specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and some hardware and operating system familiarity.
• Willing to travel with long driving days, rotating/weekend shifts, and flexible shift times including mornings, afternoons and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
