Job summary

NCR Voyix is hiring a Field Service Technician I to install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment across an assigned territory. You will handle maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability.

Ideal candidates possess basic PC/electronic skills, hardware familiarity, and OS knowledge. Willingness to travel and adapt to rotating shifts is required; company vehicle provided and healthcare benefits available immediately.

Qualifications

• Must have solid PC skills and basic electronic aptitude.
• Familiarity with hardware components and computer operating systems required.
• Willingness to learn NCR Voyix-specific hardware and software.
• Authorized to work in the United States and meet travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
