Job summary

ARIS company is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment at customer sites. You will travel to sites to diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure optimal system performance.

Responsibilities include installing equipment, reading schematics, training customers, and documenting service activities while maintaining safety standards and coordinating with engineering and parts teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in field service, maintenance, or industrial repair.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting: AC/DC, motors/drives, sensors, controls.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting: transport rollers, timing belts, bearings.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; travel up to 50-75%.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and startup equipment at customer facilities.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Read schematics and manuals to diagnose issues.
• Document service activities and parts usage.
• Train customers on operation and maintenance.
• Maintain safety and coordinate with teams.
