Job summary

Aerzen USA Corp. is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, service, and repair Aerzen products at customer sites. Travel to customer locations, conduct startups, inspections and troubleshooting, and provide high-quality service in line with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in electronics technology or equivalent experience.
• Over 4 years of Field Service experience in rotating equipment.
• Experience with Windows, Microsoft Office and Internet/WAN; TCP/IP and RS-485 communications; Allen Bradley PLC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs startups, equipment inspections, troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance on Aerzen products at customer sites.
• Install, configure, calibrate and maintain control, measurement and indicating instrumentation; install electrical, pneumatic and fluid connections.
• Read and interpret diagrams and engineering drawings to perform service tasks and repairs.
• Communicate with customers to discuss requirements, provide recommendations and updates during service calls.
